Slow Down Music Player App Reviews

Why would the App Store continue selling an app that does not work? It hasnt been updated for more than a year.. Repeated requests for help have gone unanswered. No support!!! No response. I am so frustrated with anything apple related.

Stopped working and I cant get any help or return emails.

This app used to work great. Ive been reporting problems to company for 3 months with no resolution of problems. Claims it cant calculate song length and suddenly cant access my song library.

Used to work great. Not anymore. Error messages keep showing up saying track is not in my library. Or, couldnt calculate song length. I am not the only person with this problem. I suggested the app to a friend (before I realized it was malfunctioning) and he is having the same issue.

Doesnt work at all. It wont load songs, doesnt play the songs I already had on there, the developers wont answer emails. So whats the point of this frustrating app?

Wont read songs in my iTunes library. This was after I made the $3.99 purchase upgrade.

I have my music students get this app. Its easy to use and great for home practice in between lessons. (Violin, piano, etc.)

It was a great app for a good couple of months I had it and now all of a sudden, the slider bar is missing... The last update this app had was in 2013. If yall can fix this problem, that be fantastic!! I had uninstalled this app many times once this started happening to see if it would fix the problem but sadly it hasnt.

I think its really a shame that you pay for the full version of an app, and the creators do not make sure that it continues to work, with all the updates for the iPhone. I am a musician who used this app for studio purposes. I paid for the full version of the app, but havent been able to use it in almost 6 months. Please update!!!

Downloaded and tried to work with 3 songs on my phone. It said it could not find the song and that it was not loaded on my phone. It is on the phone and plays with Music app but will not with this app. Dont waist your time!!!!

Used to love this app. Now it wont work. Developer, Andy Davidson , wont get it working, checked santacruzintergration on web. Think it dissolved and out of business. Dont buy!!

It cant even load music from my iPod.

This is a great App folks! Isolate certain sections of a song easily. For example, I isolated a section of Hearts song Magic Man from 2:13-3:14 (full minute) so I could learn the lead guitar part note -for-note. I knew most of it already but one part was frustrating me. So I isolated that section and slowed it down half-speed and voila! I figured it out! But here is the great part...PLEASE UNDERSTAND THIS....this App does not cause the song to sound like it is in a different key!! It keeps the original sound and slows it down! I have played guitar seriously for 30 years and can figure out most leads quite readily, but now and then I cant quite figure it out. This tool helps me nail it down. If you desire to grow as a lead guitar player, or rhythm, and like to figure out leads from the great players we all adore, this is a great tool! Any song you have on your iPod or iPhone can be used! The app will pull a song from my iTunes library about 10% of the time. And even in the rare instances when it actually works, there is no option to fast forward or rewind the song; so if your song is say, "Stairway to Heaven," and you only need to listen to the guitar solo, guess what? Youve got to listen to 5:50 of song to get to it. Useless garbage!

please update - will no longer load songs from iPod library

Stalls, bugs out, wont import songs I bought to learn. Gave it a lot of chances. Should not be that hard.

Stopped working. Wont load my songs. Crapped out. Save your money. I am a gigging musician, and used to use this to learn songs. Dont buy this... Youve been warned! *iPhone 6+

I used to like this app and use it a lot, but on my new iPhone 6s I cannot use it at all. It will not import or play any songs. Based on other reviews and their dates, this may be an abandoned app

It wont play any of my songs and when I try to will say this song is to long. DONT GET IT
